Responsibilities

• Up to 85% travel (2-3 days at a time)

• Gain a deep understanding of all SiteKick product offerings

• Represent SiteKick on customer sites with professionalism and demonstrate knowledge of our solutions

• Works directly with the Project Manager to ensure timely deployments and compliance with quality and budget

• Maintains all install notes, technician time onsite for billing purposes, challenges, and completion in a timely manner using Salesforce

• Attends customer kick off calls to review site plans and determine best camera placement and identify any challenges with the site

• Assists with maintaining install guides for all product offerings

• Assists Sales team as needed in a sales engineer capacity

Requirements and skills

• Self-motivated, professional

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job

• Commercial construction experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to lift 40#

• Minimum of (2) years in low voltage

• Clean driving record

• Must be available to travel 85%

• OSHA 30 certification

• Aeiral Lift certification

• Forklift certification
